including rehabilitation of slums and squatter settlements, and City services management (in NYC, Haiti and Africa) see section Africa & Haiti


** DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION **

. Several major buildings in the USA (worked on Roosevelt Island "Rivercross" and "Island House", the "Park Belvedere" at Columbus/79St, "The Vanderbilt" on East 40St in NYC, among others) and in France (worked on churches, hospitals and housing complexes)

-- in the "delevoping world" and overseas:
. Some 12 thousand units of housing for the poor in developing countries (Haiti and Africa) with grant money from Development Banks, see section Africa & Haiti
